1. Choose a programme and university
Start with your subject and budget. Public universities usually have lower tuition, while private universities often have more intakes and smaller classes. We help you compare programmes and entry requirements.
2. Prepare your documents
You will typically need your high school certificate and transcripts, a passport, passport photos and an English test result such as IELTS or TOEFL. Some universities accept their own English test instead. Documents may need certified English translations.
3. Apply and receive your offer
Applications are usually submitted online. Some programmes include an interview or entrance test. Once accepted, the university issues an admission letter that you need for your visa.
4. Student visa and arrival
With your admission letter you apply for a Non-Immigrant ED (education) visa at the Thai embassy. After arrival, the university's international office helps with registration and accommodation.
