The cost of studying in Singapore

Singapore offers world-class universities and a safe, English-speaking environment. It is also one of the more expensive destinations in Asia, so careful budgeting matters.

Tuition

Tuition varies widely between public universities and private institutions. Private institutions with partner degrees from the UK or Australia are often a more affordable route to an internationally recognised qualification.

Living costs

Accommodation is the largest monthly cost. Shared rooms and student hostels keep spending down, while food at hawker centres and public transport are reasonably priced.

Planning your budget

Plan for tuition, housing, insurance, visa fees and daily expenses for the full study period. Ask us for a personal cost estimate based on the programmes you are considering.
