Who handles the application
International student applications are processed through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). Your university submits the application for you after you accept your offer.
Documents you usually need
A valid passport, passport photos, your offer letter, academic certificates, and a medical screening. Fees for processing and insurance are paid through the university.
Timeline
Processing commonly takes several weeks, so apply as soon as you receive your offer. Once approved, you receive an approval letter to enter Malaysia, and the student pass is placed in your passport after arrival.
